After legal review by the City Attorney’s Office, it was determined that there is preemption at the State level from implementing Renter’s Choice. The City is working on alternative plans and modifying this goal.

COMPLETE: Support RDA’s strategic use of financial tools and cooperation with other taxing entities to mitigate the impacts of gentrification in project areas, particularly 9-Line, North Temple, and State Street.
